About Me

My photo
Fat Bird Does Exercise
This lovely photo was taken in May 06 - splitting a pair of biking trousers motivated me to fit more activity into my routine and this blog helps me track my progress - feeling good about what I do as opposed to feeling rubbish about what I don't. I've chosen to use "Fat" as I was inspired by Wendy Shanker's "The Fat Girl's Guide to Life" - reclaiming the f word! So my targets: 1. To run 5km in 30mins. 2. To wear smaller jeans. 3. To not always be trailing miles behind everybody else when cycling.
